Zaylo is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, not a bank, lender, financial company, or marketplace. Zaylo does not introduce, match, or recommend capital contributors to MSMEs, and does not hold, pool, or control any party's funds at any point. All commercial arrangements are agreed directly between an MSME and its own capital contributor(s) and executed through independent, regulated banking and payment partners. The platform is currently in a pre-launch validation phase. Any registration or expression of interest does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or execution of an agreement. No funds are being accepted at this stage. No profits, returns, or capital protection are guaranteed or implied.
